Great Idea but unfortunately it will not work due to different security of both boards. Please read the following article: https://community.kanboapp.com/en/knowledge-bases/11/articles/125-document-sources
You could share it only if both boards would have the same documents Source shared between them - i.e. both boards would be controlled by the same Office 365 Group (you know them by a Team in Teams)
Each document source is guarded by the Office 365 Group
