I would like to have effort added to each task and it should be easy to export and calculate. Expected out come: If would like to know, who is having how many efforts targeted and achieved.
This will be possible the moment we add custom fields to cards. There will be no specific field for that.

This feature of custom fields is still in specification so there is no information I can share publicly. We know that custom fields will be available later this year but I cannot give any dates.
