Space is the new name for the board.
Coming soon with the KanBo 3.0 version!
Space details allow you to add the most important information about a space – its purpose or goals. There are fields to fill in, such as:
- Responsible person
- Estimated budget
- Start and end date
- Description
There is also information about the number of members and cards at the bottom of the window. You can also check when the space was created.
Only space users can see the space details window.
Open the space details window
Open it using the space tile:
- Go to the Navigation Panel.
- Select Spaces.
- Move your cursor over the desired space tile.
- Click on the info icon.
OR
You can also open it right from the space.
- Open the space.
- Go to More by clicking on the three-dots menu button.
- Select
Space details.
Edit space details
Only space owners can edit space details.
- Open the space details window.
- Click on any field for the edition.
- Click on the Save button after the edition.

How can I see the number of members and cards on the space?
You can see the number of members and cards at the bottom of the space details window.
Is it possible to edit the information in the space details after it's been added?
Yes, simply click on the field that needs to be edited and make the desired changes.
How can I check when the space was created?
You can see when the space was created in the space details window.
