Follow board

When you start following a Board, you will receive all Notifications from actions that were made by other users in all Cards.

Click “Follow” button on the Board menu to start receiving notifications.

After you start to follow the Board activities, an eye icon will appear on the top pane.

You will receive information about every action in a board. 

You can unfollow a board by selecting the Unfollow option in Menu.

To configure your notifications detail levels, enter My Settings button which appears after clicking on your icon. It is My  Settings that allows you to personalize your KanBo behavior.

Enter the Notifications section, then Settings.

You can now configure the detail level of notifications, enable or disable the appearance of sound after you notified and choose the frequency of getting emails with notifications (every 15 minutes, every hour, every day) or turn them off.

TIP: You can also force users to follow particular boards by using this trick.
