Our system is not based on Office 365, is that going to be a problem?

No Office 365 is required at all to use KanBo. All you need is an Email address of any kind that need to be registered as an Microsoft ID (the same you do when you register your yahoo Email on google to get a Google ID) Here is where you can do it: https://signup.live.com

We would like to see the whole workload of her team members, besides task management. Is it possible in KanBo?
How would our global partners (we use different partners for different projects globally) use the system if they don’t have Office 365 either? Their email addresses tend to be i.e. google email (they don’t always have institutional ones).
