No Office 365 is required at all to use KanBo. All you need is an Email address of any kind that need to be registered as an Microsoft ID (the same you do when you register your yahoo Email on google to get a Google ID) Here is where you can do it: https://signup.live.com There is also another Option, we can generate the specific login and password for each of your users (i.e. user1@yourkanboaccount.onmicrosoft.com). Users will have to use them instead of their email addresses.
