Is there a way for all managers to view all boards?

The only way to enable all managers to see all boards at this very moment is to add each of them to the appropriate group in each Board. This is a "monkey" job and we at KanBo are working on it. The solution will be to create a Reusable KanBo Security Group called i.e. Managers. Then you will add all managers to it only once. And then assign this group to each KanBo board. By doing this all members of Reusable KanBo Security Group will be granted permission to access these boards. With one assignment (few clicks) you can give access at a certain permission level in a board (Owner/Member/Visitor) to hundreds of people.

Please note that we replaced Managers with roles.
