How does your solution track licenses’ utilization? The licenses are per user, is that per concurrent user?

There is a licence per user in KanBo. Mechanism of it counts unique users across all boards and when it reaches quantity stored in licensing file, you will not be able to add more users to board. You can remove user from all boards and then add another one. We don't offer other licensing models.

You remove a user from all boards and then you get one seat (license per user) back and you can add another (new user). The information and activities of the removed users stay in place but the removed users cannot access KanBo anymore. This is how we deal with high turnover.
