How secure and dedicated is this demo environment and the content that we will start to add?

How secure and dedicated is this demo environment and the content that we are willing to add? Is it limited to just our team and KanBo and once the demo is complete will the data be deleted and/or is there an option to get a copy of the data if for example we decide to go forward with KanBo ? Can we export the demo site content and import the data into an on-prem Kanbo environment or possibly even another KanBan type tool?
The data will be deleted when your demo expires. We can, obviously, extend this period if you wish. There is an export functionality. You can add how much data you want - we don't limit demos.
