One of our users is getting an error, where he is unable to create new boards within KanBo.
One of our users is getting an error and he is unable to create new boards within KanBo. When he clicks ‘Add new board,’ he is allowed to enter a title and select a color, however it just clocks and doesn’t create the board. It seems like all other areas of the app are functional. Is there anything you can see that might be the issue?
Please try following these steps:
1) Remove the user from the Board Collection Owners
2) Add the user again
3) Try creating the board
If it doesn't help, please send us the KanBo.log file which is located in the KanBo website IIS folder and we will provide further help.
