How could a manager see “overdue” or “high priority” or overdue AND high priority across multiple boards?

The characteristic feature available in KanBo is Due Date – so it is easy to find overdue cards.

High Priority can be a List where you put your cards in or can be a Label – meaning there is no standardized way how to mark something as high priority.

You can also use Card statuses to mark priority of Cards containing tasks.

There is also a Timeline on which you can see due, coming and soon due dates of Card in a Board.

With the newest functionality, Subcard date dependencies, you can see when a subcard is bloking another card by its date. When you work with Subcards a lot then you might easily lose track whether the deliverables (such as subcards) that are mostly supplied by other people / departments slipped out of your required time frame. To catch quickly if something will not be delivered within the required time all dependent parent cards will be marked with yellow stripe.

Please note that we replaced Managers with roles.
