What if we lower have KanBo version and want it to upgrade to higher version?

If we decide to start with 1.2 version of KanBo (we still have a SP 2010 farm which we don’t want to encourage people to use, but maybe it’s an option), would we get the newer version free of charge, as we had already paid for 1.2?
Yes, the upgrade to newer version is included the Maintenance and Support fee you pay once a year. If you have bought that service, your KanBo can be upgraded to up to version 2.5.
