User can't log into KanBo (Could not authenticate with the selected provider problem)

We have an user which cannot log into KanBo. He gets an error, which follows:

Could not authenticate with the selected provider
1. Found a valid KanBoToken, checking if it's a user in chosen KanBo instance
2. User i:0.w|domain\user in part sp not found in the instance 1
3. Token part sp is not a service tokenpart
4. Fail authenticating: Found a KanBoToken, but couldn't authenticate as anyone (are you added to KanBo instance you're trying to access?)
5. You could not authenitcate with any f your identities and there are no more redirect targets
