Client Secret expiration problem

When I'm entering my KanBo site, there appears another browser tab "Token renew" with the following error message :

A loging window which doesn't take us forward, appears on the Kanbo Tab and it only repeats the incorrent registration process.

The error occurs before all users.

We tried to use IE 10 , Edge and Chrome browsers and the same error appears. Clearing the cache in IE has also been attempted . Our license is valid.
