User has configured email notifications correctly but is not receiving them. Do you have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?

Please check if user has entered his email into his/her User Profile. Also please keep in mind that you will get email notifications when you don't check or mark notifications as read in the KanBo notification center over a certain set amount of time.
