1. Open Powershell (or Powershell ISE)

2. Copy those commands and paste them into Powershell:

$certPath = "C:\Certs\MyKanBoCert"
$cert = New-SelfSignedCertificate -DnsName "MyKanBoCert" -CertStoreLocation "cert:\LocalMachine\My" -NotAfter (Get-Date).AddYears(20)
$cert | Export-Certificate -FilePath $certPath\MyKanBoCert.cer
$pass = ConvertTo-SecureString -String "MyKanBoCertPassword" -Force -AsPlainText
$cert | Export-PfxCertificate -FilePath $certPath\MyKanBoCert.pfx -Password $pass
$thumbprint = $cert.Thumbprint
Remove-Item -Path "Cert:\LocalMachine\My\$Thumbprint"

Modify the path here to an existing folder on Your machine

$pass = ConvertTo-SecureString -String "MyKanBoCertPassword" -Force -AsPlainText
Replace MyKanBoCertPassword with a secure password (You will need the password later so make sure to write it down somewhere)
