Updating KanBo.app (SharePoint frontend part)

KanBo.app changes very rarely and doesn't have to be updated within every KanBo update. Every KanBo release note document contains information if KanBo.app should be updated.
Prepare KanBo.app
- Extract KanBo.app from KanBo.zip archive (Kanbo.app)
- Change KanBo.app extension to .zip and extract all files
- Edit AppManifest.xml and set following values to match your configuration:

- Zip all files (archive must have files visible without root folder).
- Change KanBo.zip to KanBo.app
Update KanBo app in SharePoint 2013
Next you need to update KanBo.app in App catalog in Apps for SharePoint. In order to do that navigate to your SharePoint Central Administration and choose Apps.

Then go to Manage App Catalog
Override existing file – pay attention to versions!
Now you need to update KanBo app in every site where you use KanBo. Go to Site Contents and choose “…” in KanBo app and then click About.
